WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO OWNS THEIR FILES.

We're a boutique mortgage brokerage based in Melbourne, Australia. We've been in business for over seven years, we have a strong and growing client book, and we write residential, investment, construction, and SMSF lending.

We need an experienced parabroker or loans processor to join us full-time and permanently. This is a direct hire — you work for us, not an agency, not a BPO. You'll have a direct relationship with the business owners, real responsibility, and a genuine long-term career path.

If you've spent years being one of fifty processors in a call centre environment and you're ready for something different — this is worth your time.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Once our broker has met with the client and made their recommendation, you take over. Your job is to get the loan to settlement — cleanly, completely, and without the broker having to follow up.

That means:

• Reviewing files before lodgement — checking docs, serviceability, and lender policy so nothing gets bounced back
• Submitting applications via NextGen/ApplyOnline and Simpology
• Managing MIRs — chasing docs, responding to lenders, keeping files moving
• Coordinating settlement with solicitors, conveyancers, and lenders
• Keeping clients updated so they never have to wonder what's happening
• Maintaining MyCRM accurately at every stage
• Supporting brokers with lender policy research and Quickli serviceability scenarios when capacity allows

You won't be micromanaged. We need someone who sees what needs to be done and does it.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• At least 3 years working on Australian mortgage files end-to-end — application through to settlement
• Real experience handling MIR responses independently
• Hands-on with NextGen/ApplyOnline or Simpology (both is a big plus)
• Solid understanding of Australian lender policy and NCCP
• Excellent written English — you'll be communicating directly with clients and lenders
• Highly organised and proactive — you manage the pipeline, not the other way around
• Available to work Australian Eastern Standard Time hours

Bonus points if you have experience with SMSF loans, construction files, or complex structures like trusts and guarantors.
