We’re looking for a talented graphic designer to create high-converting static ads for a fast-growing DTC skincare brand.
This role is focused on designing scroll-stopping creatives for paid social platforms like Meta and TikTok, so an understanding of performance-driven design is important. You should have a strong eye for clean, modern design and know how to balance aesthetics with conversion.
You’ll be creating static ad creatives, iterating on winning designs, and developing new concepts based on performance insights. We’re looking for someone who can move quickly, test ideas, and continuously improve creative output.
Ideally, you have experience working with e-commerce brands and can show a portfolio of ad creatives, not just branding work. You understand what makes an ad convert, from hooks to layout to visual hierarchy, and can design with intention.
We’re building a brand focused on simplicity, clarity, and real results, and we want creatives that reflect that.
