PAID MEDIA SPECIALIST (Google Ads + Meta Ads)
Company: Graystone Consulting (US-based fractional CMO practice)
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Hours: 25-30 hours/week, flexible schedule with some US Eastern overlap
Type: Long-term contractor

About Us

Graystone Consulting is a fractional CMO and growth operations firm based in Lexington, Kentucky. We work with B2B SaaS companies and hospitality brands in the $3M to $50M revenue range. You would report directly to our Founder and work across multiple client accounts managing paid media execution.

What You Will Do
You will own day-to-day execution of Google Ads and Meta Ads across 2-3 client accounts:

1. Build, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display)
2. Build, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (prospecting, retargeting, lookalike audiences)
3. Manage combined monthly ad spend of $30K+ across accounts
4. Set up and validate conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta CAPI/Pixel)
5. Conduct daily bid adjustments, search term reviews, and budget pacing
6. Refresh ad creative (text overlays, asset group updates) and flag fatigue
7. Build weekly performance reports in Google Sheets with actionable recommendations
8. Coordinate with agency partners on creative asset delivery
9. Support new client onboarding by auditing existing ad accounts and building campaign structures from scratch

Client 1: National fast-casual restaurant brand, PMax + Meta, multi-location targeting across NYC, Boston, Philadelphia
Client 2: B2B SaaS company, Google Search + Meta retargeting launch

Future clients onboarded through our Growth Operating System methodology (you would build their paid media infrastructure)

Required Skills

- 3+ years hands-on Google Ads management (Search, PMax, Shopping required)
- 2+ years hands-on Meta Ads management (prospecting + retargeting structures)
- Google Tag Manager setup and troubleshooting
- GA4 configuration and conversion tracking validation
- Google Sheets reporting (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboard building)
- Experience managing $10K+/mo in combined ad spend
- Written English fluency for reporting and async communication

Strongly Preferred

- Google Ads certification (Search, Display, or Shopping)
- Experience with restaurant, hospitality, or multi-location businesses
- Experience with B2B SaaS lead generation campaigns
- Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management tools
- Meta Conversions API (CAPI) implementation experience
