WE’RE HIRING: PAID ADS SPECIALIST
Remote | Full-Time | US Hours
Join a fast-growing SEO & E-Commerce company in the Health & Wellness space! ????
We’re looking for a Paid Ads Specialist who can manage, optimize, and scale paid campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, and revenue across our growing e-commerce brands.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
✅ 2+ years of experience in paid advertising, e-commerce, or digital marketing
✅ Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and/or LinkedIn Ads
✅ Strong knowledge of campaign optimization, A/B testing, retargeting, audience targeting, and conversion tracking
✅ Experience analyzing ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates
✅ Strong understanding of ad compliance and platform policies
✅ Analytical, proactive, and comfortable working independently
✅ Health & Wellness or DTC e-commerce experience is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plan, launch, and optimize multi-platform paid campaigns
• Manage budgets and identify scaling opportunities
• Test ad creatives, copy, audiences, and campaign structures
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams
• Ensure campaigns comply with platform advertising policies
SCHEDULE & BENEFITS
Full-time | 8-hour graveyard shift
Must be available for US hours
100% Remote
