This is NOT a “boost posts only” role.
This is hands-on paid advertising, testing, and optimization.
We are a fast-growing Canadian property management and real estate company.
You’ll be supporting active ad accounts that generate real leads for a real business.
If you like testing creatives, fixing performance drops, and improving results week over week, you’ll like this role.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Paid Ads (Primary Responsibility)
Manage and optimize Google Ads OR Meta Ads (strong in at least one)
Monitor performance and identify drops or issues
Test creatives, audiences, and messaging
Make weekly optimizations based on real data
Prepare simple weekly summaries (what changed + trend)
Short-Form Video Support
Create or edit basic short-form videos (Reels / Shorts style)
Repurpose existing content for ad testing
Support creative testing (hooks, captions, formats)
Light Social Support
Repurpose ad content for consistent posting
Assist with basic FB/IG content scheduling when needed
ACCOUNT ACCESS (SECURITY)
You can design and edit on your own computer
All live ad accounts and social accounts are accessed through our Canadian Linux workstation via ThinLinc (real-time, no lag)
MUST-HAVES (PLEASE READ)
1+ year hands-on experience running Google Ads OR Meta Ads
Proof of work (portfolio, screenshots, or results summary)
Comfortable using AI tools (we use them daily)
Reliable internet (backup connection is a plus)

SEO-only applicants
“Boost post only” media buyers
TOOLS YOU SHOULD KNOW
Google Ads or Meta Ads Manager
Basic video editing (CapCut or similar)
Google Workspace
AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.)
PAY + HOURS (IMPORTANT)
Guaranteed base salary: $800 CAD per month
Base covers core expected hours
Any work outside the base is paid hourly at $8 CAD/hour
30 hours per week to start
Long-term role
