Personal Assistant / Administrator — Work Directly with the Owner (US AI Company)
ONE position. You work directly for the owner of a US AI company and our Marketing Director. Nobody else. This is a trust seat — it starts small on purpose and grows into something real.

THE ROLE
You are the person who keeps two busy people organized. Part personal assistant, part administrator, part secretary.
What you'll handle:
- Managing and organizing emails and accounts
- Setting up new tea
- Creating and organizing paperwork and documents
- Fielding the application inbox for our other job openings
- Making calls when needed — canceling services, setting things up, handling vendors
- Supporting the Marketing Director — scheduling, coordination, getting people what they need
- Pitching in wherever the team needs a hand when your plate is clear — we don't do "that's not my job" here
- The follow-through work — the stuff that takes 10 minutes but never gets done
THE HONEST TRUTH ABOUT THIS SEAT
It starts at $25-50/week while trust is built. That's the test period, and it's deliberate. The right person proves themselves and this grows into the most trusted seat in the company — payroll support, account management, real responsibility, real pay. We promote from within. The person in this seat a year from now will not be doing $25/week work.
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- Trustworthy — requirement number one. You'll touch sensitive things. We verify.
- Fluent English, written and spoken — you'll make calls and write messages on our behalf
- Takes a task and runs with it — you finish what you start without being chased
- Organized to a fault — you keep track of things so we don't have to
- Team player — willing to pitch in on whatever needs doing
- Available during US Central business hours
- Basic computer skills — email, docs, spreadsheets, learning new tools fast
