JOB OVERVIEW

FastFrame Edits is looking for part-time video editors to join our growing editing team. This is not full-time employment. Editors are assigned projects as jobs come in.

**Schedule & Availability**
- Workdays: 7 days a week — you set your own schedule
- Footage is typically delivered by 10:00 PM EST
- Two Premium videos must be submitted by 9:00 AM EST the following morning — no exceptions
- You must be available for at least 1 hour after submission (until 10:00 AM EST) in case a quick revision is needed (e.g., a wrong phone number or on-screen text fix)
- You choose which days you work. By default, you can block off up to 2 days per week. If you want to block off 3–4 days per week, just let us know in advance — we're flexible, we just need to plan around it.
- Weekly workload will vary based on volume

**Work Structure**
- Editors are assigned projects by our operations team as orders come in
- Some weeks may be busier than others
- This role is best for someone comfortable with flexible, project-based work who thrives on a tight, dependable overnight turnaround

**Pay**
- Flat rate: **$35 per video**, regardless of video length
- Guaranteed minimum: **$200/month**, no matter what — if your assigned volume in a given month wouldn't add up to $200 at $35/video, we make up the difference. Once your volume clears $200 on its own, you're simply paid $35/video.
- Paid biweekly via Wise

**Software & Tools**
- Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere — either is fine
- These projects are AI-intensive — we use Higgsfield AI as part of the workflow, and we cover all AI credits
- All music, fonts, sound effects, and creative assets are provided
- Editors are not required to purchase any assets

**Training**
- Before joining the team, you'll go through paid training: watching our training videos and completing a few test edits
- All training videos and test edits must be completed, and hiring finalized, within 2 weeks of your start date — we keep this process quick, not long and drawn out
- Once you pass training, you're brought on as part of the editing team

**Revisions**
- Editors must retain all project footage for 2 weeks after delivery and be available to handle any revisions requested within that window
- We do our best to be clear and upfront on the front end to keep revisions rare, but standard revisions are included in your $35/video rate — there's no extra pay for a typical revision
- The one exception: if a revision is significant enough to count as an entirely new edit (e.g., all-new AI assets need to be generated), that's treated and paid as a new edit. This is rare — the large majority of revisions fall under the standard $35.

**Requirements**
- Experience editing real estate or property-style video content strongly preferred
- Strong, reliable high-speed internet connection
- Excellent attention to detail (especially spelling and on-screen text)
- Good written English
- Ability to follow systems and instructions precisely
- Fast, punctual communication — we're a respectful, easygoing team that has fun with the work, but we need editors who respond quickly and take deadlines seriously
