JOB OVERVIEW

Schedule

* Tuesday through Saturday
* 2:00 AM - 4:00 AM Eastern Time (US)

Compensation

* $300 USD/month, paid bi-weekly
* Performance Bonus: $100 USD/month

The monthly bonus is paid with the second payroll of each month and is earned when:

* All assigned listings are completed and delivered by 6:00 AM Eastern Time
* No preventable quality control issues are found after delivery (such as incorrect house numbers, missed object removals, poor AI edits, missed virtual staging issues, or other preventable editing errors).

About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented tea ---------- mber to oversee our overnight AI photo editing workflow. This is not a traditional photo editing position. Instead, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our AI editing pipeline produces professional, client-ready images before our business opens each morning.

Some nights are very straightforward. Other nights require communicating with AI support, monitoring processing jobs, and ensuring every listing is completed on time.

Responsibilities

* Review completed AutoHDR edits for quality and consistency.
* Submit object removal requests when needed.
* Verify green grass replacements are completed correctly.
* Review virtual twilight and virtual staging results for accuracy.
* Communicate with AutoHDR support through Slack when processing issues occur.
* Monitor jobs until they are successfully completed.
* Download completed images when necessary.
* Escalate unusual issues to management.
* Ensure every assigned listing is fully completed before 6:00 AM Eastern.

What We’re Looking For

Required

* Prior real estate photo editing experience.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Strong quality control mindset.
* Reliable internet connection.
* Excellent written English communication.
* Comfortable working independently.
* Ability to recognize editing mistakes before clients ever see them.

Preferred

* Experience using AutoHDR.
* Experience with AI-powered photo editing.
* Experience with quality control for real estate photography.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role means our clients never notice the work you do because everything is completed accurately and on time.

You should be able to identify issues such as:

* Incorrect or distorted house numbers.
* AI artifacts.
* Poor object removals.
* Incorrect grass replacements.
* Virtual staging mistakes.
* Crooked or distorted edits.
* Processing failures.
* Any image that doesn’t meet professional real estate photography standards.
