We are in search of a performance-oriented Outreach & Lead Generation Specialist to help expand our outbound initiatives. This is a fully remote position with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn and
We’re looking for someone experienced in developing outbound pipelines and connecting with prospects through thoughtful, structured, and customized outreach strategies.
Role Responsibilities:
LinkedIn Prospecting & Outreach (Primary Responsibility):
-Initiate up to 400 targeted connection requests each month
-Identify and reach out to key stakeholders such as Managing Directors, Sales Directors, and other niche markets.
-Manage personalized, multi-step follow-up sequences
-Utilize voice notes in follow-ups to improve response rates
-Analyze campaign metrics and refine messaging for better outcomes
Email
-Plan and execute cold and warm
-Gather and compile prospect contact information through sourcing and data scraping on various tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator
-Implement structured three-step
-Sync LinkedIn-generated leads with
-Monitor campaign performance and enhance engagement and conversion rates
Content Creation Support (Secondary Focus):
-Prepare and schedule up to five LinkedIn posts weekly
-Develop written content based on provided videos and key messaging themes
-Content topics may include:
Executive's story
Industry insights
Campaign & Lead Magnet Assistance:
-Support the rollout of lead magnets, including AI-based assessments
-Contribute to campaign refinements based on engagement data and results
Marketing & Operational Support:
-Assist with basic SEO enhancements
-Help maintain CRM data and ensure proper website integration
-Use outreach and tracking tools to support campaign performance and organization
Required Qualifications:
-Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in B2B outreach, lead generation, or a sales development representative role
-Strong English communication skills, with the ability to clearly express technical concepts
-At least 5 years of hands-on experience running LinkedIn outreach campaigns, including connection requests, follow-ups, and engagement using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator (built on LinkedIn)
-At least 5 years of experience managing cold
-At least 5 years of experience in lead sourcing and data scraping using tools
-Demonstrated ability to build and improve outbound pipelines, including campaign tracking, A/B testing, and conversion optimization (typically using CRM and analytics dashboards)
-At least 5 year of experience handling CRM systems and maintaining lead tracking workflows, ensuring proper integration across outreach tools and databases
Nice-To-Have but not required:
-At least 3 year of experience supporting outreach within recruitment or B2B services environments
-At least 3 year of experience creating and scheduling LinkedIn content, including personal branding and company page management (via LinkedIn tools or schedulers)
-Basic understanding of SEO practices, including keyword usage and on-page optimization (typically applied through CMS platforms)
-Experience working with US-based markets, including managing time zone alignment and communication expectations
-Exposure to marketing automation and campaign tracking systems connected to outreach workflows
-Experience using voice notes or multimedia approaches to improve prospect engagement
