Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads for Buildify's web design service through outreach on email, Facebook, and LinkedIn — so the founder can focus on closing and delivering.

Required experience:

Proven experience in outreach or lead generation (email, Facebook groups, or LinkedIn DMs)
Comfortable writing persuasive, natural-sounding cold messages
Familiar with tracking outreach in a spreadsheet or CRM

Preferred experience:

Experienced in outreaching
Experience targeting small business owners

Tools we use: WhatsApp, Google Sheets, Facebook, LinkedIn, Email, GHL, Notion

Active hours: Flexible — UK business hours preferred (9am–6pm GMT)

Response expectation: Within 2–3 hours during active hours

Estimated work hours per day: 2–4 hours
Days per week: 6 days (Mon–Sat)

Compensation:

Base pay + bonus with each site closed
Rate increases as volume and quality of leads scales

Non-negotiables:

Must speak and write fluent English
Must have active, aged Facebook and ---------- accounts
No spam tactics — outreach must be personalised and compliant
Must be able to hit a daily outreach target and report it
Must use our scripts as a guide, not copy-paste word for word
