About the Role
We’re looking for a full-time Outreach SDR to support partner acquisition for upcoming coffee crawl events.
Your role is focused on top-of-funnel outreach: starting conversations, following up consistently, and keeping the pipeline active.
This is not a closing role. Success in this position means generating replies and maintaining
Responsibilities
Reach out to coffee shops via Instagram DMs (primary channel) and
Follow up consistently to increase response rates
Keep outreach sequences active and organized
Track conversations and maintain a structured pipeline
Re-engage non-responsive leads
Ensure no potential partner is missed
Work Schedule
Full-time only
Must overlap with U.S. business hours
Salary
$1,200 – $1,500/month
(depending on experience, communication skills, and outreach ability)
Requirements
Strong written English and communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable managing high-volume outreach (hundreds of contacts weekly)
Persistent and consistent with follow-ups
Able to follow systems while keeping messages natural
Proactive and self-managed
