JOB OVERVIEW

JustNoise helps people reduce digital distractions and make more space for focus. We’re looking for an organized, proactive Outreach & Partnerships Assistant to research prospects, manage conversations, and turn interest into sales or agreed collaborations.

Website: ----------
App Store: ----------

You’ll work directly with the founder. Our audiences include customers, creators, community hosts, educational organizations, and PR/media contacts. We’ll prioritize one or two audiences at a time within the 10-hour weekly schedule, initially creators and community hosts.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Research relevant prospects, find contact details, and explain why each fits JustNoise.
- Personalize and send outreach using approved scripts, offers, and messaging guidelines.
- Reply to messages, answer product questions, handle common objections, and follow up consistently.
- Guide interested customers toward a purchase and partners toward an agreed collaboration. For PR/media, work toward relevant interviews or coverage opportunities.
- Close agreements within approved pricing and terms, using our scripts and guidance.
- Keep the CRM/contact tracker current with conversation history, status, commitments, deadlines, and next actions.
- Coordinate with the founder and partners so agreed next steps are completed.
- Share a short weekly update on conversations, sales or collaborations agreed, blockers, and lessons learned.

We value relevant outreach, reliable follow-through, and practical business judgment. Success means qualified conversations moving toward concrete outcomes, accurate records, and commitments followed through—not simply sending more messages.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong written English and confidence communicating with customers, partners, and a remote team.
- Reliable availability, timely replies during agreed working hours, and proactive communication about delays.
- Good organization and the ability to manage tasks, contacts, and follow-ups without constant reminders.
- Practical judgment: prioritize valuable opportunities, suggest improvements, and know when to ask for approval.
- Confidence with email, Instagram, Google Sheets, a CRM, and AI tools such as ChatGPT.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager and Klaviyo is helpful. Tell us which tools you have actually used; expertise in every tool is not required.
- Ability to check AI-generated research and edit drafts into natural, accurate messages.

Experience in outreach, sales support, customer communication, creator partnerships, or closing straightforward deals is valuable. You don’t need to be a developer.

HOW WE’LL WORK
We’ll provide product information, targeting criteria, scripts, approved offers, and guidance on tone. The founder will review initial outreach. As you learn the process, you’ll manage routine conversations and close within approved terms.

Custom discounts, paid partnerships, and commitments outside approved guidelines require the founder’s approval.

Pay: US$6/hour
Hours: 10 hours per week
Experience: Intermediate
Expected duration: 1–3 months
Location: Remote; candidates based in the Philippines or Vietnam are welcome.

HOW TO APPLY
Please send a short introduction and answer the five screening questions in English, using specific examples where possible.
Shortlisted candidates may be invited to complete a small paid practical task.

SCREENING QUESTIONS
1. Availability: Can you commit to 10 hours/week at US$6/hour for 1–3 months? State your start date, time zone, regular working days/hours, and expected response time during those hours. How will this fit around your current workload?

2. Communication and closing: Tell us about a customer or partnership conversation you handled in English—from first contact through follow-up to a sale or agreement. How did you use a script, handle objections, coordinate with your team, and ask for a decision? What was the outcome? If you haven’t closed a deal before, explain your closest relevant experience.

3. Organization and reliability: Describe how you managed several tasks, contacts, or follow-ups at once. What system kept deadlines from being missed? Give an example of a delay or mistake and explain how you communicated it and recovered.

4. Tools: Which have you used hands-on: Instagram, Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager, email, Klaviyo, Google Sheets, a CRM, and AI tools? For those you know, name a task you personally completed. Clearly distinguish independent use, basic familiarity, and tools you have not used.

5. Initiative and business judgment: You have 10 hours this week, interested replies waiting, overdue follow-ups, and a request to find new creators. How would you prioritize and why? What would you handle yourself, what would need approval, and how would you judge whether the work helped the business?
