We are seeking an Intermediate Tech VA to manage the day-to-day execution of our outbound ecosystem. This role is for a detail-oriented specialist who can oversee multi-channel outreach
Role Overview

Main Responsibilities / Day-to-Day
* Campaign Oversight: Monitor and manage active
* Inbox & Response Management: Check inboxes daily to flag replies, identify new opportunities, and escalate technical issues immediately.
* CRM Hygiene: Maintain a "source of truth" in the CRM by updating lead status, tracking conversations, and managing the sales pipeline to ensure no data is missing or outdated.
* Technical Maintenance: Support the setup and maintenance of domains, inboxes, and sending accounts; troubleshoot any campaign disruptions.
* Workflow Support: Assist in the implementation of new automations and workflows to increase outbound efficiency.
* Lead Routing: Efficiently tag, categorize, and route leads to the appropriate tea
Essential Qualifications / Must-Haves
* Outbound Experience: Proven track record supporting lead generation systems across both
* CRM Proficiency: A strong understanding of CRM tools and the discipline to maintain strict data hygiene.
* Technical Setup: Experience managing domains, inbox configuration, and fundamental
* Tool Fluency: Familiarity with automation tools and AI platforms used specifically for outbound systems.
* Operational Rigor: Strong organizational skills with an obsessive attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines via SOPs.
Preferred Skills / Nice-to-Haves
* Troubleshooting: Advanced ability to diagnose why a campaign has stalled and implement a technical fix autonomously.
* AI Integration: Experience using AI tools to personalize outreach or categorize responses at scale.
* Process Improvement: Ability to suggest and implement small workflow tweaks that reduce manual friction.
KPIs / Success Metrics
* Data Accuracy: Maintaining a high standard of CRM hygiene with zero missing or outdated lead entries.
* Campaign Uptime: Achieving minimal disruptions or technical downtime across all sending accounts.
* Deliverability Health: Maintaining low bounce rates and high inbox placement through proactive monitoring.
* Response Efficiency: Timely tagging and routing of leads, ensuring no prospect wait-time exceeds internal benchmarks.
* Task Reliability: A high completion rate of tasks based strictly on provided SOPs and deadlines.
