JOB OVERVIEW

Job title: Outreach Assistant from the Wellness and Retreat Industry (start today, full time until 21 October)

Job type: Full time, fixed term (9–21 October), with possible ongoing work

Salary: USD 400 for the full period, plus USD 1 for every retreat owner who completes the quiz through your link

Do not apply unless you have worked in retreats, wellness, yoga, fitness or sports, and your social media profiles show it. This job is messaging retreat owners from your own accounts. They will look at your profile before they reply. If your profile doesn't look like someone from their world, they won't answer, and the job doesn't work. Applications without profile links will be deleted unread.

ABOUT THE JOB

I'm co-hosting the International Retreat Conference, a free online event for retreat owners on 22 October. Retreat owners get a free ticket by taking a short quiz about how they sell their retreats. You will find retreat owners on social media and message them personally, every day, until 21 October, introducing yourself as someone helping me with the conference.

THE GOAL

100 retreat owners signed up through your outreach by 21 October. If you hit the goal, or get close with good quality work, there may be ongoing outreach work after the conference.

YOUR PROFILE MUST SHOW

- Work history in retreats, wellness, yoga, fitness, sports or wellness travel, for example a retreat company, yoga or fitness studio, wellness brand, spa, sports club or travel agency
- A headline or bio that says what you do in that industry
- Posts or content about wellness, retreats, fitness or sport from the last 6 months
- Connections or followers who are in that industry
- Accounts at least a year old, with your real name and photo

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Find retreat owners and organisers on Instagram, Facebook (pages and groups), LinkedIn, and anywhere else they are active
- Check each person runs retreats: a website, recent retreat posts or upcoming dates
- Send short, personal messages from your own accounts, using the scripts I give you, adjusted to each person
- Reply to responses the same day and send the quiz link to anyone interested
- Log every person you contact in a shared Google Sheet: name, platform, profile link, date contacted, reply, link sent
- Send me an end-of-day report on Slack: messages sent, replies received, links sent, sign-ups so far

DAILY TARGETS

- At least 80 new personal messages a day across all platforms, kept within each platform's safe limits so no account gets restricted
- Every reply answered within a few hours during your shift
- No copy-and-paste spam. Every message uses the person's name and one real detail about their retreats

DATES AND HOURS

- Start: today, 9 October
- Last day: 21 October
- Full time, 8 hours a day, including weekends
- Your hours must overlap with UK and European daytime, and US mornings, when retreat owners reply

PAY

- USD 300 for the 13 days, paid by Wise: half on 15 October, half on 22 October
- USD 1 bonus for every retreat owner who completes the quiz through your personal tracking link

5. Write the first message you would send that person, in under 300 characters, using a real detail from their page.
6. Tell me which platforms you've done outreach on, and roughly how many messages a day you sent.
7. Confirm you can start today and work every day, including weekends, until 21 October.
8. Send a 1-minute voice note or Loom introducing yourself.
