I need help with guerrilla marketing and soft outreach.
What I mean by guerrilla marketing:
I do not mean paid ads.
I mean low-cost, smart actions that build familiarity and attention online in a natural way.
For us, that means:
* finding good-fit people
* watching how they present themselves
* liking and understanding their content first
* leaving thoughtful comments when appropriate
* replying to stories in a natural way
* sending soft messages that do not feel like a pitch
* following up without pressure
* creating familiarity before trying to talk business
The goal is not to spam people.
The goal is not to sell in the first message.
The goal is to lower resistance, feel human, and start real conversations.
People are guarded with cold outreach, so we do not want messages that feel obvious, needy, or salesy.
We want messages that feel personal, calm, relevant, and easy to reply to.
Who we are trying to reach:
* coaches
* consultants
* service providers
What we help with:
We build client management systems like websites, booking calendars, payment systems, CRM, and automations so their business can run more smoothly and not depend on them doing everything manually.
How to do the assignment:
1. Find people who look like a good fit
2. Study their page for a minute before messaging
3. Look for something real to mention
4. Start with familiarity, not a pitch
5. Keep the first message short
6. Make the message about them, not us
7. Only move deeper if they respond
8. Track who you contacted, who replied, and who is interested
Examples of guerrilla marketing actions:
* reply to a story with a short real reaction
* comment on a post with something thoughtful, not generic
* engage with 1 to 3 pieces of content before messaging
* send a message based on something specific from their page
* follow up later in a calm way if they do not reply
Do NOT send messages like:
* “Do you need more leads?”
* “I can help grow your business”
* “Are you struggling with…”
* anything that sounds copy-paste or like a hard pitch
Use softer message styles like these:
Story reply examples:
* “That was a solid point.”
* “You explained that really well.”
* “I like how clear your message is.”
* “That’s a strong way to put it.”
DM examples:
* “Hey [Name], came across your page and you’ve built a strong presence.”
* “Hey [Name], I checked out your content. The way you explain what you do is clear.”
* “Hey [Name], your page feels sharp and intentional. That stood out.”
* “Hey [Name], I was looking through your page and you’ve clearly put real work into your brand.”
If they reply, then move naturally into curiosity:
* “I was actually curious about something — do you still handle a lot of your backend manually?”
* “You look well positioned on the front end. I was curious whether your systems behind the scenes are automated yet or still pretty hands-on.”
* “A lot of people with strong brands still run booking, follow-up, and payments very manually. I was not sure if that was true for you too.”
* “You seem to have the front side dialed in. Is the backend of the business smooth too, or is a lot of it still manual?”
If the conversation opens up, then you can say:
* “That’s actually what we help with. We build client management systems that handle things like website, booking, payments, CRM, and automations so the business runs smoother.”
* “We help set up the backend side so business owners are not stuck doing everything themselves.”
Important:
The emotion we want to tap into is not pressure.
It is recognition.
People want to feel seen, understood, respected, and not sold.
So the message should make them feel:
* noticed
* understood
* safe to reply
* not pressured
That is the assignment:
Use smart, soft outreach and guerrilla marketing to create familiarity, start conversations, and find interested people without sounding like cold outreach.
