JOB OVERVIEW

Leapify is building the AI Operating System for Small & Midsize Businesses. We help service-based businesses never miss a lead by automatically answering calls, texts, and follow-ups using AI. We are not an agency and not a call center. We are a real product with real customers, and we are growing fast.

We are looking for a sharp, technical, and highly organized GTM Engineer who has real experience building outbound systems using Clay, Instantly, AI personalization, lead enrichment, and cold email infrastructure.

This is not a basic VA role. We are looking for someone who understands how to build a modern outbound engine that can generate qualified meetings consistently while protecting deliverability and inbox health.

What You Will Do

Build and manage outbound workflows using Clay
Source, scrape, clean, and enrich highly targeted lead lists
Build AI-powered personalization workflows for cold email campaigns
Set up, launch, and optimize campaigns inside Instantly
Manage cold email domains, inboxes, warmup, and deliverability
Configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records
Monitor campaign performance across open rates, reply rates, positive replies, bounce rates, and booked meetings
A/B test subject lines, hooks, offers, CTAs, and messaging angles
Improve targeting, copy, personalization, and campaign performance over time
Work directly with the founders on outbound strategy and execution

Strong experience with Clay
Strong experience with Instantly
Experience building cold email outbound systems
Strong understanding of deliverability and inbox health
Ability to source and enrich targeted lead lists
Ability to create natural, personalized cold emails
Strong English writing skills
Comfortable working with large data sets and spreadsheets
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow systems
Able to think strategically, not just complete tasks
Experience with B2B SaaS, agencies, or service-based businesses is a plus

Experience with Apollo, Smartlead, HubSpot, Zapier, or other sales tools is a strong plus.

You only know how to upload lists and send emails
You need to be micromanaged
You are looking for a short-term or side gig
You are not comfortable working with data, systems, and performance metrics
