About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Virtual Assistant / Cold Caller / Appointment Setter (B2B) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and experience in CRM systems, spreadsheets, and digital outreach.
This role is perfect for someone energetic, detail-oriented, and confident in handling outbound calls and business development tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective B2B clients
Set qualified appointments for the sales team
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead information
Manage and organize spreadsheets for tracking leads and campaigns
Assist in lead generation and prospect research
Support
Handle social media posting and basic content scheduling
Follow up with leads via phone,
Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach strategies
Provide general administrative and business development support
Requirements:
Proven experience in cold calling or appointment setting (B2B)
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho)
Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel
Familiarity with
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Nice to Have:
Background in real estate or property industry
Experience working with Australian clients
Knowledge of sales funnels and lead nurturing
