L’EVATE is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing Canadian financial services company.
We help businesses build high-performing remote teams and we’re looking for a strong outbound sales professional to support senior leadership by booking qualified meetings.
If you are not comfortable being on the phone every day starting conversations with strangers, this is not for you.
We’re hiring someone who can confidently call mortgage brokers and agents across Canada, build interest, and book meetings for senior leadership.
This is not a script-reading role.
This is about thinking, listening, and guiding conversations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Making 50+ outbound calls per day
- Calling mortgage brokers, agents, and banking professionals across Canada
- Building rapport quickly and sounding confident on the phone
- Handling objections and keeping conversations moving
- Booking 2–3 qualified meetings per day
- Following up via
- Keeping CRM notes clean and up to date
What we’re looking for:
- Strong spoken English (clear, confident, easy to understand)
- 3-5 years' experience in cold calling, sales, or appointment setting
- Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent
- Someone who can think on their feet (not just read scripts)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
Nice to have:
- Mortgage or financial services experience
- Experience booking meetings for executives
- CRM or LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience
