JOB OVERVIEW

We're a fast-growing B2B SaaS company looking for a full-time Outbound Sales Specialist to own and scale our outbound pipeline. Your #1 job is to increase qualified booked calls — target is 4 qualified calls booked per day.

You'll manage the entire outbound workflow end-to-end: building targeted prospect lists, crafting personalized outreach sequences, coordinating Loom video strategy with our sales rep, and relentlessly optimizing to hit the daily call target.

What You'll Do:

- Build and maintain ICP-based prospect lists using Clay (enrichment, waterfall logic, filters)
- Write and A/B test cold email sequences (subject lines, copy, CTAs, follow-ups)
- Coordinate with our sales rep to record and deploy personalized Loom videos to high-value prospects
- Manage sending infrastructure — deliverability, warmup, domain rotation, inbox health
- Track and report on key outbound metrics daily: emails sent, open rates, reply rates, calls booked, call quality
- Own the "qualified booked calls" metric — identify bottlenecks and run experiments to improve conversion at every stage of the funnel
- Maintain and optimize our CRM pipeline so nothing falls through the cracks

You're a Great Fit If You Have:

- 1+ years of hands-on experience with Clay (building tables, enrichments, integrations)
- Strong cold email copywriting skills — you know what gets replies
- Experience with email sending tools (Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, or similar)
- Understanding of email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warmup, domain rotation)
- Familiarity with Loom for personalized video outreach
- Data-driven mindset — you look at numbers daily and make decisions based on what the data says
- Self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what to do — you see a bottleneck, you fix it

Bonus Points:

- Experience with B2B SaaS sales or lead gen agencies
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach or multi-channel prospecting
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Close, or similar)
