About the Role

This is a full-time remote sales position. You'll be prospecting new clients all the way to closing them with the help of our resources. It's a largely independent role with uncapped growth into the potential of a managerial position for the right person.

Schedule & Hours

- First 4 weeks: Part-time while you get settled in
- After onboarding: Full-time, 40 hours/week
- Flexible scheduling

Compensation

- $4–$5/hour base pay
- Monthly performance bonuses based on results
- Uncapped earning potential as you grow with the team

Requirements

- 1–2 years of outbound sales and closing experience
- A phenomenal understanding of the English language is non-negotiable. You will be speaking with US business owners daily and must sound natural, fluid, and confident — near-native level at minimum
- Reliable internet and a quiet workspace
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
