JOB OVERVIEW

Wise Solutions Group is an Australian labour hire and recruitment business based in South East Queensland, covering Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast.
We supply warehouse and production staff — pick packers, forklift operators, machine operators and general labour — to warehousing and distribution centres, 3PL and logistics operators, food processing plants, manufacturers, e-commerce fulfilment sites and cold storage facilities. We also place permanent management roles: warehouse managers, operations managers, supervisors and team leaders.
We are a small, direct team. There are no layers of management here. You will work directly with the business owner, and the work you do will visibly change the size of the company.

The role in one line:
You find Australian warehouses that are short-staffed right now, you call them, and you turn that call into a client.
What you'll actually do:
Research. Our best prospects are businesses currently advertising for warehouse staff. An open job ad means they are short on the floor today, they have budget approved, and they are in pain. You will work job boards (Seek, Indeed), company career pages and LinkedIn to build a list of real employers — not recruitment agencies — across our target suburbs and industries.
Call. You will phone those businesses on an Australian number and get through to the person who feels the pain: usually the Operations Manager, Warehouse Manager or Production Manager. You will find out what roles they are short of, what volumes they run, whether they already use labour hire, and who makes the decision.
Qualify and log. Every conversation goes into HubSpot with proper notes. Our whole process runs on that data being accurate.
Follow up. Most of these will not close on the first call. You will send the rates email, call back, keep the prospect warm and keep the deal moving. This is where most salespeople give up and where you will make your money.
Hand over and grow into closing. For your first three months, once a lead is genuinely interested you hand it to the business owner to close, and you stay involved through the follow-up. After a successful three-month review, you take the process end to end yourself, right through to the first job order — at which point our account management team takes over the client relationship.
You are not responsible for managing clients after they sign. You open doors, you convert them, and you move to the next one.
Pay
All figures in Australian dollars. The peso equivalent will be agreed at signing and reviewed quarterly so exchange rate movement isn't your problem.
Months 1–3 Month 4 onwards
Hours 30 per week 40 per week
Base rate $9–10 AUD per hour $10–12 AUD per hour
Per qualified lead $10 $10
Per new client won $100 flat $100 / $200 / $350 — see below
Qualified lead — $10 each
A lead counts as qualified when you have:
spoken with the Operations, Warehouse or Production Manager, or someone more senior
confirmed they use labour hire, or would consider it
captured which roles they need and roughly what volumes
got their agreement to receive our rates
logged the contact and your notes in HubSpot
New client bonus
Paid once the client's first invoice has been settled, based on the total hours our workers place with that client in their first four weeks:
Hours placed in first 4 weeks Bonus
Under 75 hours $100
75–250 hours $200
Over 250 hours $350
Bigger accounts pay you more, because they're worth more to us. There is no cap on how many clients you can bring in.
What you could realistically earn
Once you're up to speed at 40 hours a week: base of around $1,730 per month, plus roughly $650 from a typical month of 25 qualified leads and two new clients — around $2,380 AUD per month, or approximately ₱90,000.
A strong month pays more. There is no ceiling on the bonuses.
