JOB TITLE: Outbound Sales Specialist (The "Profit Hunter")
Location: Remote (UK / Europe) Type: Full-Time | Base Salary + Uncapped Commission Focus: Vending, Unattended Retail & Fintech

THE MISSION: Disruption.
The vending and unattended retail industry is being held hostage by overpriced giants (you know the names—Nayax, Payter). Operators are bleeding profits through high fees and outdated contracts.
SynthiaX is the antidote. We are the disruptive, bold alternative that turns "overhead" back into "profit."
We are looking for a Digital Hunter who is tired of selling "nice-to-have" products and wants to sell a "must-have" financial solution. If you get a thrill from saving a business owner €10k a year and stealing market share from the big guys, you belong here.

WHO YOU ARE (The Profile)
You are not just a "sales rep." You are a Value Hacker.
You don’t fear the "No": When a prospect says, "I already use Nayax," you don't hear a rejection. You hear an opportunity to do the math and show them exactly how much that loyalty is costing them.
You are a Volume Player: You aren't looking to nurse one big deal for 6 months. You want to close 10+ deals a month. You move fast.
You are Tech-Smart, Not Tech-Support: You don't need to be an engineer. You know how to use tools (like our Sales AI Agent, Joe) to instantly answer technical questions about MDB protocols or pulse interfaces so you can get back to closing.
You are the CEO of Your Desk: You work remotely, but you work with intensity. You don't need a manager breathing down your neck to pick up the phone.

YOUR BATTLEFIELD (Responsibilities)
Hunt & Convert: Your primary goal is New Business. You will target Vending Operators, Resellers, and Technical Service companies in the UK, Scandinavia, and Benelux.
Break the "Sunk Cost" Fallacy: You will master the art of the "Switch." You will show operators that sticking with their old provider is a mathematical error, not a safety net.
High-Velocity Outreach: Use Phone, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and Email to generate demand. You aren't just "checking in"; you are driving action.
Consultative Closing: You aren't selling a gadget; you are selling Profitability & Efficiency. You will demonstrate how SynthiaX telemetry and cashless payments pay for themselves.

THE REQUIREMENTS
1–3 Years High-Activity B2B Sales: Proven experience in outbound sales (Fintech, SaaS, Telecom, or Utilities preferred).
The "Switch" Experience: Bonus points if you have sold against a large, established competitor (e.g., selling energy, telecom, or challenger SaaS).
Language Skills: Native-level English is non-negotiable. (Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish is a massive plus).
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), Slack, and using AI tools to speed up your workflow.
Hardware Comfort: You aren't scared of the words "Vending Machine," "Kiosk," or "Telemetry."
