JOB OVERVIEW

Kargen AI builds software that automates operational side manual work from quoting, load building to carrier sourcing for small and mid-sized freight brokerages in the United States.

We need someone to get brokerage owners and operations managers on the phone and book them into demos. That's the job. Cold outreach by phone, email, and LinkedIn, to a list we provide.

What you'll do:

Call US brokerage owners and ops managers during their working hours.
Work our list of small and mid-sized brokerages. You'll have the accounts and the contact data; you bring the dials and the conversations.
Book qualified demos and make sure they actually show up, confirmation calls, reminders, rescheduling. Getting them on the calendar is half the job; getting them to attend is the other half.
Log every call, objection, and reason for a no in our CRM. What you learn on the phone is as valuable to us as the meetings you book.
Work directly with the founder and our US account executive. Small team, no layers.

Who we want:

Strongly preferred: experience in US freight in carrier sales, brokerage, or dispatch. If you've negotiated rates with carriers or covered loads,
If you don't have freight experience, you need a real B2B SAAS cold calling track record into US businesses, tell us your dial volume and how many meetings you booked per month.
Neutral, clear phone English. Broker owners are blunt and impatient. You need to be comfortable being interrupted, hung up on, and calling back anyway.
Reliable on a US schedule, consistently. This is the core requirement and we won't compromise on it.
Organised enough to keep a CRM clean without being asked.
