We’re building a high?performing outbound sales team to sell a DOT compliance setup service to US trucking and transport business owners (owner?operators and small fleets). As one of our early sales hires, you’ll be calling from a provided lead list, running a proven script, and closing new clients into a clear, high?value offer.

This is a founding AE–type position with real input into scripts, processes, and the future sales team.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to US owner?operators and small trucking companies from a provided lead list
Follow and improve a proven sales script to explain the DOT compliance service and handle objections
Educate prospects on FMCSA requirements and the value of our done?for?you setup
Run full sales cycles over the phone: discovery, pitch, close, and payment handoff
Accurately log calls, notes, and deal status in the CRM / tracking sheet
Hit and exceed weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets
Provide feedback on lead quality, scripts, and objections to help refine the process
Collaborate with the founder and future sales manager as we scale a team of 12–14 reps
Requirements
1–3+ years of sales experience (outbound phone sales, SDR/BDR, or closing role)
Comfortable making a high volume of calls and talking to business owners
Strong spoken English and confident phone presence
Ability to follow a process and also think on your feet in conversations
Reliable internet, quiet work environment, and ability to work 9am–5pm EST
Self?motivated, target?driven, and comfortable being measured on performance
Nice to Have
Experience selling to US small businesses, especially trucking / logistics / transport
Experience with compliance, insurance, or other “must?have” B2B services
Startup / early?stage experience where things move fast and change often
