We are looking for a confident, persuasive, and highly professional Outbound Sales & Relationship Specialist who is excellent on the phone and knows how to turn new conversations into productive business relationships.
This is NOT a position for someone who simply reads a script, asks a few questions, and logs the call.
We need someone who can think during a conversation, build rapport, explain a business opportunity clearly, overcome objections, follow up consistently, and move interested contacts toward the next step.
What You’ll Do
You will be responsible for making outbound calls to rental property owners and other real estate contacts to determine whether they are open to working with our clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Make outbound calls to new and existing contacts
- Introduce our rental model clearly and professionally
- Build rapport and establish trust during conversations
- Explain how our clients would use the rental property
- Ask the right questions to determine interest and fit
- Handle questions, concerns, and objections confidently
- Ask thoughtful follow-up questions instead of immediately accepting the first “no”
- Follow up with interested contacts by phone, text, and
- Discuss rental terms and identify potential areas of agreement
- Keep conversations moving toward tours and potential lease agreements
- Re-engage interested contacts when appropriate
- Maintain detailed and accurate notes in the CRM
- Keep follow-up tasks organized and completed on time
- Communicate important updates to the internal team
- Escalate questions or situations that require management approval
Who We’re Looking For
You should be someone who is naturally comfortable speaking with people and does not become nervous or robotic when a conversation goes off-script.
You should be able to listen, think, respond, and confidently guide a conversation.
We are specifically looking for someone who:
- Has strong outbound sales, business development, lead generation, or phone-based sales experience
- Has experience initiating conversations with prospective customers, clients, or business contacts
- Has excellent spoken English
- Sounds confident, professional, and natural on the phone
- Is comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
- Knows how to build rapport quickly
- Can handle objections without becoming defensive or immediately giving up
- Knows how to ask follow-up questions and uncover the real concern behind an objection
- Can explain an unfamiliar business concept in simple terms
- Is persuasive without being aggressive
- Can discuss terms and identify mutually beneficial solutions
- Is persistent with follow-up
- Has strong attention to detail
- Is comfortable using a CRM
- Can work independently without needing constant direction
- Is organized and reliable
Important Experience Requirements
Experience working in a BPO or call center is welcome; however, inbound customer service with occasional upselling is not the same as the outbound sales experience required for this position.
We are specifically interested in candidates who have experience initiating outbound conversations, developing new business relationships, handling initial resistance, overcoming objections, and moving prospects toward a decision or next step.
If your previous role primarily involved answering incoming customer service calls and offering upgrades or additional products to existing customers, please do not describe that as outbound sales experience in your application.
This Position Is NOT For You If:
- Your experience is primarily inbound customer service with occasional upselling
- You are uncomfortable initiating outbound conversations
- You rely heavily on reading scripts word-for-word
- You struggle when someone asks a question that isn’t in the script
- You immediately end the conversation when someone raises an objection
- You are afraid to ask follow-up questions
- You prefer administrative work over speaking with people
- You need constant supervision to complete follow-ups
- You have difficulty keeping detailed CRM notes
What Success Looks Like
A successful person in this role doesn’t simply make calls.
They create conversations.
They identify interested contacts, build relationships, handle concerns, follow up consistently, and help move viable opportunities from the initial conversation toward a tour and potential signed lease.
We’re looking for someone who can confidently take ownership of that process.
