We're looking for a reliable Outbound Sales Outreach Specialist to contact a list of existing and potential customers and gauge their interest in our tree care and lawn care services.
You will be reaching out to people on our list by phone, asking a few qualification questions, and helping move interested leads toward scheduling a consultation or service visit. This role is a great fit for someone who is comfortable talking to homeowners, following a script, and tracking results carefully.
We pay an hourly base plus a performance bonus for leads that convert into booked services.
What you will do
Contact leads from our provided list (no cold list building required). Use our script and messaging templates, and help improve them over time. Identify interest, answer basic questions, and gather key details such as property location, service needs, and timing. Log every interaction clearly in our tracker (Google Sheets). Follow up with warm leads until they book or decline. Coordinate handoff or scheduling with our team when a customer is ready.
What we are looking for
Strong English communication, both spoken and written. Experience with outbound calling, appointment setting, or sales outreach. Confident on the phone and professional without being pushy. Organized with accurate notes and consistent follow-up. Reliable internet and a quiet workspace for calls. Comfortable working with a US-based team and reporting results.
Bonus points if you have
Landscaping, tree care, or home services outreach experience. Familiarity with CRM tools, spreadsheets, follow-up systems, and sales KPIs.
