$1,400 + Sales Commission

We are a US video post-production studio. We cut video for marketing agencies who put their own name on the work. We're hiring one person to own outbound.
This is not a script-reading job. I'm not going to hand you a list and a template. I'm going to tell you what we sell and who it's for, and you're going to figure out the rest — who to target, what to say, what's working, what to kill.
$1,400 per month (paid weekly) + Sales Commission
What you own:
• Defining and refining our ICP. We have a starting hypothesis (US marketing, social, and creative agencies, 10–50 people, already selling video). Your job is to sharpen it with real data from real replies.
• Building the prospect list yourself — Sales Navigator, Apollo, agency directories, job boards.
• Writing and testing your own outreach. I'll give you the raw material — our story, our proof, our positioning. You write the messages.
• 40–60 personalized touches a day across LinkedIn and Instagram, from your own profile as part of our team.
• Logging every send: channel, message version, prospect, outcome. Including every ignore and every no. The failures are data and I want them tracked as carefully as the wins.
• Qualifying. You hand me a prospect only when they've answered a real question about their video workflow. A polite "not right now" is not a handoff.
• Reporting weekly: sends by channel and variant, reply rate, qualified handoffs, and what you're changing next week and why.
You'll do well here if you:
• Have 2+ years B2B outbound and can show me real numbers from it.
• Write native-level English. Every message you send is a sample of our creative work — that's the product. This is the hardest requirement and most applicants won't pass it.
• Prefer being told the goal over being told the steps.
• Are disciplined about tracking. If logging your own misses sounds tedious, don't apply.
• Can work 9am–5pm US Eastern (non negotiable)
Tools: Sales Navigator, Apollo, Smartlead or similar. A CRM is a plus.
To apply — do not send a generic cover letter. Send:
Who you think our best-fit customer is and why. One paragraph. Disagree with my hypothesis if you think it's wrong.
The first three sentences of a LinkedIn DM you'd send the owner of a 12-person social media agency, offering white-label video editing.
Your real outbound numbers from a past role — sends, reply rate, meetings booked.
Put BULLDOG at the top.
