We're Looking for Someone Who LIVES for the Close.

You'll be calling US homeowners, talking through storm damage, explaining how roof insurance inspections work — and turning those conversations into booked appointments. We give you the structure. You bring the energy.
The money:

$3 - $5/hour — from day one
$25 bonus every single sale
Zero cap. You close, you earn. Simple.

The best on our team don't just earn hourly — they're stacking bonuses every week. That could be you.
Hours:
Mon–Fri, 11am–8pm CST — with optional Saturdays if you want even more opportunities to earn.
You're our person if:

-- Roofing or insurance cold calling is your thing
-- You can talk to anyone and make them feel heard
-- You think on your feet — no script dependency
-- Objections don't stop you, they fuel you
- At least 1 year of cold calling under your belt

This isn't for you if you:

Wait for perfect conditions before dialing
