JOB OVERVIEW

Your Role
- You will be the first point of contact for men actively looking for help. Your job is to engage leads through calls, chat, and follow-ups, qualify them properly, and book high-quality appointments for our Sales Team.
- This is high-volume outbound work, not passive inbound setting.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- 1.5–2+ years experience in outbound sales or appointment setting
- Comfortable making 200+ calls per day
- Strong spoken and written English
- Calm, emotionally stable, and confident under pressure
- Able to handle conversations about porn, addiction, and sexual behavior
- Coachable and precise with scripts and frameworks
- Self-motivated and accountable
- Reliable internet and power with backup
- Experience in health, wellness, fitness, or coaching sales is a plus.

What You’ll Do Daily
- Make high-volume outbound calls to warm and cold leads
- Hold real conversations and book qualified appointments
- Follow call and chat frameworks
- Maintain clean CRM notes and activity tracking
- Hit KPIs consistently without reminders
