JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: Outbound Sales & Telemarketing Representative (Business Insurance) – Part-Time
Position Overview

P3 Insurance Solutions is hiring a motivated and reliable Outbound Sales & Telemarketing Representative to call a provided list of businesses and schedule appointments for business insurance quotes. This role is for someone who can stay consistent on the phones, communicate clearly, and keep leads organized inside a CRM.

This position will start part-time, with the opportunity for additional hours and growth based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to a provided list of businesses

Introduce P3 Insurance Solutions and offer business insurance quote opportunities

Qualify prospects and gather basic business information

Enter and update lead information accurately in the CRM

Schedule appointments directly on the agent’s calendar

Follow up with prospects as needed to confirm appointments

Track daily outreach activity and results

Maintain a professional, upbeat, and confident phone presence

Daily Performance Expectations

Must schedule up to 3 qualified appointments per day

Maintain consistent outbound calling efforts Monday through Friday

Required Qualifications

Strong communication and phone skills

Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls

Familiar with using a CRM to manage leads and track follow-ups

Able to schedule appointments and manage calendars accurately

Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Organized and consistent with follow-through

Technical Requirements

? Must have:

Reliable high-speed internet (fiber preferred)

A computer with a Windows Operating System

Microsoft Windows 11 or higher

A quality headset (USB or Bluetooth) for clear calling

Schedule

Monday – Friday availability required

Part-time position to start (hours discussed during interview)

Compensation

Part-time position
