JOB OVERVIEW

WebDone is looking for an experienced B2B cold caller to help us build our US sales pipeline.
This is not a general VA role. Your primary responsibility will be calling US small-business owners, having genuine conversations about how they currently generate business, qualifying potential opportunities, and booking appointments for our sales team.
The role
- 20 hours per week, approximately 4 hours per day Monday–Friday
- US business hours / Philippine night shift
- Make high-volume outbound B2B calls
- Speak with business owners and decision-makers
- Follow our calling framework without sounding scripted
- Ask qualification questions and handle objections
- Book qualified appointments
- Record accurate notes and outcomes in our CRM
- Follow Do Not Call and compliance procedures
We provide the prospect lists, CRM, dialler, script, training and offer.
You must have:
- Previous experience cold calling businesses in the US
- Excellent spoken English
- A confident, natural telephone manner
- B2B appointment-setting experience
- Experience with CRMs and/or sales diallers
- Good objection-handling skills
- Experience with high-volume outbound calling
- Reliable internet, a good headset and a quiet working environment
- Availability to work US business hours consistently
Experience calling US trades, contractors, home-service companies or other small businesses is particularly valuable.
Pay
$6 USD/hour plus performance bonuses for qualified appointments that attend and customers generated from your appointments.
The position will initially be 20 hours per week. There is an opportunity to increase hours and develop into a long-term position if the campaign performs well.
HOW TO APPLY
Please answer the following:
1. How long have you been making outbound cold calls?
2. Have you previously cold called US businesses? If yes, which industries?
3. Approximately how many calls did you make per day in your most recent role?
4. Which CRMs and diallers have you used?
5. Are you comfortable permanently working US business hours?
You must also include a 60–90 second voice recording.
In the recording, introduce yourself, briefly describe your US cold-calling experience, and then pretend you're calling a US plumbing company and say:
“Hi John, I'm [your name] from WebDone. Just a quick one - where does most of your work come from at the moment?”
We're listening for clear English, confidence, pace and whether you sound natural rather than scripted.
Applications without the voice recording will not be considered.
Shortlisted applicants will complete a short interview, live cold-call role-play and paid trial.
