JOB OVERVIEW

We're a fast-growing DTC health brand selling a medical-grade device for chronic back pain. Our customers are mostly 50+ and we want to add a personal touch post-purchase — calling customers to make sure they're set up for success and offering relevant add-ons.

We're looking for an experienced outbound sales VA who can own this channel from day one and eventually build and manage a small team of callers.

What you'll do:

- Call customers shortly after their order is placed
- Follow a proven script (we provide this) focused on check-in + upsell
- Log calls and outcomes in our CRM
- Over time: help train and manage additional callers

What we're looking for:

- Proven outbound phone sales experience (health, wellness, or DTC is a big plus)
- Excellent spoken English — clear, warm, and confident
- Experience managing or onboarding other callers is a strong plus
- Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and professional setup
- Self-starter who tracks their own numbers
