About Vitalaris
Vitalaris helps healthcare practices (starting with dental + veterinary) improve operations using practical automation + AI systems. Our goal is simple: help clinics capture missed opportunities, reduce chaos, and increase booked appointments—without adding workload to the team.

What you’ll do (your mission):
Your #1 job is to help create consistent pipeline and booked discovery calls by managing our outbound systems.

Core responsibilities

1) Cold Email Campaign Ops (ListKit + Email Sending)

Build/clean targeted prospect lists (Dental + Vet in Colorado, then US)

Segment lists by specialty, location, size

Launch and manage cold email sequences

Monitor deliverability + bounce rates, remove bad leads

Track replies and label them (Interested / Not now / Wrong contact / Unsubscribe)

Maintain a simple weekly report (sent, open, replies, booked calls)

2) Inbox + Reply Triage

Use templates to respond to positive replies quickly

Ask light qualification questions (practice size, decision-maker, etc.)

Book meetings directly on my Google calendar

Follow up with warm leads professionally

3) CRM / Pipeline Management

Enter leads and update pipeline stages

Track follow-ups and next actions

Keep notes organized so nothing falls through the cracks

4) Light Canva / Sales Support (secondary)

Update/Create simple Canva Decks that are visually appealing while being brand consistent.

Clean formatting and export PDFs when needed

You are a fit if you are:

Extremely organized and detail-oriented

Comfortable learning tools fast (ListKit, CRM, Google Sheets)

Confident writing professional English messages

Proactive: you don’t wait to be told every step

Excited about AI and business operations (not “scared” of AI)

Not a fit if:

You dislike repetitive outreach + follow-up

You need constant supervision

You avoid metrics/accountability
