The Role
We’re looking for a resourceful and driven Outbound Leads Researcher to fuel our growth. You’ll be at the frontlines of building our sales pipeline: researching prospects, engaging decision-makers, and booking qualified meetings for our leadership team.

What You’ll Do
- Research and identify B2B prospects (e-commerce, nonprofits, accessibility orgs, and more)
- Build and manage accurate lead lists with segmentation
- Run high-volume personalized outreach (100–200
- Write tailored, persuasive outreach messages
- Track activity and progress using CRM, GSuite, and outreach tools
- Create basic sales collateral (flyers, one-pagers) with Canva or similar
- Collaborate with leadership to refine outreach strategies
- (Bonus) Train and manage junior sales researchers as the team scales.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in B2B lead generation, sales research, or business development
- Strong written communication and outreach skills
- Comfortable managing high outreach volume with accuracy
- Familiar with Apollo, Crunchbase, D&B, or similar tools (a plus)
- Self-starter who thrives in remote, independent work
- Canva/marketing material experience is a plus
- Bonus: prior experience mentoring or training others
