This role is phone-first and focused on human connection, not hard sales. Many individuals reaching out are experiencing stress, fear, or crisis — your ability to lead with empathy and clarity is essential.
Primary Responsibilities
- Call new inbound leads immediately (within 1–5 minutes when possible) after submission
- Conduct warm, compassionate outreach to individuals seeking help for themselves or loved ones
- Follow a structured intake script while maintaining a natural, human tone
Ask thoughtful questions to understand:
- Treatment needs
- Urgency level
- Location
- Insurance or payment considerations (no selling insurance)
- Accurately document call outcomes in our CRM (GoHighLevel)
- Schedule follow-up calls or warm transfers to senior admissions staff when appropriate
- Send SMS follow-ups when calls are unanswered
Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism (HIPAA-aware behavior required)
Required Qualifications
? Excellent spoken English (neutral accent, clear pronunciation, confident on the phone)
? Strong empathy and emotional intelligence — you must sound calm, caring, and trustworthy
? Comfortable making 50–100+ calls per day
? Experience speaking with distressed, emotional, or vulnerable individuals
? Reliable internet connection, headset, and quiet work environment
? Ability to follow scripts while adapting naturally to the conversation
Strongly Preferred Experience
? Prior work in healthcare, behavioral health, addiction treatment, mental health, or medical intake
? Experience as:
- Intake Coordinator
- Medical VA
- Appointment Setter for healthcare
Patient Support / Care Navigator
? Familiarity with CRM systems (GoHighLevel is a plus, but not required)
? Experience handling warm inbound leads (not cold calling)

Work Schedule
Full-time or Part-time available
U.S. Pacific Time coverage preferred
Weekend availability is a plus
Consistent daily availability is required (leads arrive every day)
