About Us
We're GonnaMakeIt (GMI) - a crypto project that's been around since 2021. Our founder, Tommy Worldpower, previously built Energi, still running since 2018.

Our main product is LP Bonds - a DeFi application that helps crypto projects keep their liquidity locked in forever, instead of watching it disappear when market conditions change. In return, users earn high yields and get an NFT that represents their position, which they can trade anytime. We're live on 7+ blockchains, partnered with major decentralized exchanges, and growing. We're early, lean, and moving fast.


What This Role Actually Is
95%+ of your day is cold outreach on X (Twitter). You're finding crypto projects and ecosystems, identifying decision-makers, and hitting them with sharp, personalized DMs and public replies that start real conversations, not spam. When they reply, you research the project, set up a Telegram group with leadership, and hand off warm leads.
You're not waiting for leads to come to you. You're hunting.


Day-to-Day
- X Outreach (95%+): High-volume, high-quality cold DMs and strategic public replies. Multiple touches per lead (3-5 minimum). Messages that feel human, relevant, and impossible to ignore.
- Telegram Group Setup & Management: Positive reply ? you create a TG group, add the lead and LP Bonds leadership, drop project stats and context, and keep the group active. Setting up a group and going silent is not acceptable.
- Project Research: Every project that engages gets researched - tokenomics, liquidity structure, team, pain points. Leadership should never have to ask "who is this project?"
- Daily Reporting & Logging: Messages sent, replies received, project statuses, pipeline movement. Reports submitted on time, every day. If it's not logged, it didn't happen.
- AI-Augmented Workflow: You use AI to sharpen messaging and move faster - but your judgment and strategy are yours. AI-generated responses in team communication are not acceptable.


Non-Negotiables
- Weekly meetings are mandatory. No excuses, no ghosting.
- Communicate proactively. If you're pinged, you respond - not with a thumbs up emoji, with an actual reply. Silence kills deals and trust.
- Never self-close a lead. Your job is to keep doors open, not shut them.
- Track every project. Every lead, every status, every follow-up - updated daily. If a TG group exists, it stays active with context and updates. Letting projects go cold because you stopped tracking is highly discouraged.
- Own your pipeline. You don't just send messages and wait. You follow up, you re-engage, you escalate. A lead going cold on your watch is your problem.

You Must Have
- 3+ years cold outreach / DM experience (crypto or adjacent)
- 2+ years in crypto/Web3
- Strong X presence - active, credible account
- Sharp, concise writing that doesn't sound like a bot or a salesperson
- Self-starter - no hand-holding, no daily training
- Disciplined about tracking and reporting
- Telegram application experience

Nice to Have
- DeFi / liquidity provision experience
- CoinGecko/CoinMarketCap familiarity
- Telegram community management experience


This Role Is NOT For You If
- You need scripts for every message
- You think 10 DMs a day is "high volume."
- You can't operate independently
- You treat outreach like spam instead of a conversation
- You go quiet when things get hard
- You think "waiting for reply" is a status update
