JOB OVERVIEW

You have no fear making outbound calls and know how to get very busy people to pay attention when you call. You’ve done outbound appointment setting, sales or have proven productivity in roles where you’ve been able to create agreement and get results through your communication.

You’re now ready for a challenge and opportunity to fast track your career in a company that rewards productivity and a willing attitude. You’ll be helping business leaders become more successful.

You’ll make about 100 outbound calls a day, have as many conversations as possible and book 2 appointments every day with business leaders (owners/directors) to meet our CEO over Zoom, who will introduce them to Performia’s performance hiring strategy that transforms business productivity.

Performia is an international company originating from Sweden in 2002 and becoming established in Australia in 2006. Performia presently has offices in 27 countries, providing the necessary tools to business leaders to create more productive teams.

We take pride in giving tools to business leaders to create a more productive team, so they will not be at the effect of poor hiring decisions, and thus feel more confident to build a team that drives results that grows profitably without depending on them.

The role will have its natural challenges and demands, and need you to be persistent and continually looking for solutions, and how you can improve. Practice makes perfect.
