JOB OVERVIEW

We are a small European company. We run a recruitment SaaS (e.g. Kurrikulum) and a property rental platform. The main push right now is getting agencies onto Kurrikulumcom - a new platform using video intakes for (open) vacancies and job interviews. A similar outreach later runs for more of our products.

What you will do
- Build and clean lead lists of staffing and recruitment agencies, and later real estate agents, country by country
- Write cold email and LinkedIn sequences in English, with AI translation into local languages that we check together
- Run and improve campaigns in our own setup. We prefer tools we own over a stack of paid subscriptions. If you already use automation tools, you will learn how ours works
- Track replies, signups and activations, and report weekly
- Secondary: some content, social posts and basic SEO

What we need
- Real outbound or lead gen experience, with results you can show
- Clear written English
- Comfortable with automation and AI writing tools, or ready to learn ours fast
- Careful with email rules and opt-outs. We teach you our rules, you follow them
- Full time, 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday
- Overlap with us 09:00 to 17:00 CET. That is 15:00 to 23:00 in the Philippines in European summer, and 16:00 to 00:00 when Europe switches to winter time

Rate: $5 per hour to start, reviewed on results. This is a long-term role, not a one-off project.
