About Flagship Growth

Flagship Growth is an Amazon growth agency that partners with brands to scale revenue through advertising, creative optimization, and operational excellence.

We work with fast-growing eCommerce brands and help them unlock growth on Amazon through data-driven strategy and execution.

We’re looking for a Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist to help us identify new Amazon brands and start conversations with founders and eCommerce leaders.

Your goal is to generate qualified meetings for our team.

Role Overview

This role focuses on identifying potential brand partners and reaching out through email and LinkedIn to introduce Flagship Growth.

You will research Amazon brands, build lead lists, send outreach messages, and book meetings with decision-makers.

This is a key role that directly supports our agency growth.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
- Research and identify Amazon brands that fit our ideal client profile
- Build daily lead lists of potential brand partners
- Find founder or decision-maker contact information (email + LinkedIn)
- Organize leads in our CRM or spreadsheet

Outbound Outreach
- Send cold emails to Amazon brand founders and eCommerce leaders
- Send LinkedIn connection requests and follow-up messages
- Personalize outreach based on the brand’s Amazon presence
- Manage follow-up sequences with prospects

CRM & Tracking
- Track leads, replies, and booked meetings
- Maintain organized outreach records
- Ensure consistent daily outreach activity
- Appointment Booking
- Respond to interested prospects
- Schedule intro calls for our leadership team
- Maintain a pipeline of conversations and opportunities

Daily Targets
- Build 100+ new leads per day
- Send 100+ cold emails
- Send 50+ LinkedIn connections
- Book qualified meetings with Amazon brand owners

Required Skills
- Experience with lead generation or outbound outreach
- Strong written English communication
- Experience finding contact information online
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and CRM tools
- Ability to work independently and consistently hit targets
- Experience with Instantly, Apollo, Clay, or Smartlead
- Experience working with eCommerce or Amazon brands
- Familiarity with CRM tools (GoHighLevel)
