JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a proactive, resourceful individual to help build our outbound lead pipeline via social platforms. You’ll be responsible for researching and identifying qualified leads, compiling lead lists on Google Sheets, and sending personalized direct messages (DMs) to potential prospects on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

You’ll be helping us find and message potential users and influencers for a new consumer app that we are launching. You must be organized, fluent in English, and comfortable working independently with measurable activity goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research and build lead lists based on criteria we provide (e.g. city, Instagram following, niche)
- Send 100–200 DMs/day using templated or customized outreach messages
- Track lead outreach status and replies in a shared Google Sheet
- Work with our internal team to iterate on message copy and targeting
- Report daily metrics (outreach volume, replies, conversions)
