About Us:
algoacquisition is an AI-powered lead generation and outreach company serving recruitment and staffing agencies. We build and run cold outbound campaigns across LinkedIn and email for our clients. We are growing fast and need someone to own the technical setup behind every campaign we launch.
The Role:
You are responsible for setting up all the infrastructure a client needs before their outbound campaigns go live. This includes purchasing domains, creating email inboxes, ordering prewarmed inboxes, connecting LinkedIn accounts, generating API keys, creating email signatures, and configuring workspaces. You will follow SOPs and checklists for every task. You do not need to think about strategy, messaging, or campaign design. Your job is to make sure everything is connected, configured, and ready so that our campaign engineers can press go.
What You Will Do:

Purchase and configure domains for client email campaigns (DNS, SPF, DKIM setup)
Generate domain name variations and select the best options based on guidelines
Order prewarmed email inboxes through CheapInbox and track delivery
Create email inboxes from purchased domains and connect them to Instantly
Start inbox warming and monitor deliverability
Create HTML email signatures for each client and apply them to all inboxes
Connect client LinkedIn accounts to HeyReach
Create and configure Instantly and HeyReach workspaces per client
Generate API keys and input them into the client tracking dashboard
Update the infrastructure dashboard checklist as each task is completed
Flag any issues with account connections or verification failures
Coordinate with clients on connecting their own LinkedIn and email accounts

Requirements:

Experience with cold email infrastructure (domains, DNS, SPF, DKIM, inbox warming)
Familiarity with tools like Instantly, HeyReach, or similar outbound platforms
Comfortable following SOPs and checklists precisely
Strong attention to detail
Reliable internet connection and available during US business hours
Responsive on Slack or similar messaging tools
English proficiency (written communication)

Nice to Have:

Experience with CheapInbox or similar prewarmed inbox providers
Experience setting up LinkedIn automation tools
Basic understanding of email deliverability best practices
