JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
We are Home Service Business Coach and we run a fast-growing online community helping exterior cleaning business owners (pressure washing, window cleaning, soft washing, etc.) scale their exterior cleaning businesses.

We’re looking for a high-performance outbound specialist to help us bring in new members daily through social media and cold email outreach.

This is NOT a typical VA role — this is a results-driven growth position with performance bonuses.

What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Sending daily outreach via:
- Instagram DMs
- Facebook ----------
- Cold email

2. Finding and messaging exterior business owners in our niche
3. Starting conversations (not pitching aggressively)
4. Qualifying leads
5. Directing interested prospects to our community

What We’re Looking For:
1. Strong written English (very important!)
2. Confident communicator (friendly, natural tone)

3. Experience with:
- Lead generation
- Cold outreach OR sales/appointment setting
- Organized and consistent

4. Hungry to earn bonuses based on performance

Compensation:
- Base: $5–$8/hour
- $5 per qualified lead
- $75 per new member you generate
There is strong earning potential for high performers.

Expectations:
- 30–80 DMs/day
- 50–100 emails/day
- Daily tracking of conversations + leads
