Outbound Enrollment Closer – Career Certification Programs (Remote, EST)

This is a phone-driven, outbound enrollment closer role for professionals who know how to control a consult, qualify fast, overcome objections, and close.
We are a U.S.-based online career school enrolling students into IT and Project Management certification programs (CompTIA, PMP, and related tracks). We provide warm leads. You bring the discipline, urgency, and closing skill.
What You’ll Be Doing (Daily Reality)
Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective students
Run structured, consultative enrollment calls (needs analysis ? recommendation ? close)
Control the call, set next steps, and ask for the enrollment
Handle objections around price, time, confidence, and urgency
Follow up relentlessly until the prospect converts or disqualifies
Log activity and outcomes accurately in CRM
Hit daily activity targets and monthly enrollment goals
Improve close rates through coaching, scripts, and call reviews
If you don’t like calling, this role will break you.
Who This Role Is For
Proven outbound / inside sales closers
Comfortable dialing daily and living on the phone
Strong command of English with clear U.S. cultural fluency
Confident asking direct questions and pushing for decisions
Competitive, coachable, metrics-driven
Organized and accountable without supervision
Experience selling education, training, coaching, or professional services is a major plus
Familiarity with certifications (CompTIA, PMP) helps—but closing ability matters more
Bachelor’s degree required

Compensation
Base pay: $1,200–$1,600 USD per month
