JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an experienced Outbound Dialer / Sales Representative to join our team at LitBros Media.

The ideal candidate should have good experience in sales, cold calling, appointment setting, or outbound lead generation. You should be confident speaking with prospects, handling objections, and communicating clearly in English.

Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential clients
• Deliver a clear and natural sales pitch
• Identify and qualify interested prospects
• Handle basic questions and objections professionally
• Schedule qualified appointments when applicable
• Keep accurate records of calls, responses, and follow-ups
• Provide regular updates on call activity and results

Requirements:
• Good experience in sales is required
• Previous cold calling, outbound sales, appointment setting, or similar experience is highly preferred
• Strong spoken English and communication skills
• Confident and comfortable talking to potential clients
• Able to follow a script while keeping conversations natural
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment
• Consistent, organized, and comfortable handling rejection
