Important: Please Read This Full Position Brief Before Applying

We will only consider applicants who read and follow the full instructions in this job description.

About the Role
We are hiring a work-from-home Outbound Dialer / Client Qualification Specialist.

This is not cold calling. You will be contacting warm leads who have responded to our advertising, usually during the same day or the previous day. These leads have already shown interest and understand that they have made an inquiry.

Your main role is to call as many leads as possible throughout the day, speak with potential clients, and qualify whether they may be eligible for a Total and Permanent Disability insurance claim to be developed by our legal team.

Calls are made through a dial pad inside our CRM. Each tea ---------- mber is provided with their own access so calls can be tracked and monitored.

The Person We Are Looking For
We need someone who is a self-starter, confident on the phone, organised, and able to approach the role with enthusiasm and tenacity.

Success in this role is measured by:

Calls made
Leads qualified
Client sign-ups
Accurate follow-up work
Strong organisation and communication
Exceptional, fluent spoken English is essential. If you are not able to confidently and fluently converse in English, please do not apply.

Additional Admin Responsibilities
Once a client is qualified, there are administrative steps that must be completed. This includes gathering information from the client, sending initial inquiries to insurers and superannuation funds, and staying on top of follow-up tasks.

You will work closely with our Philippines-based admin team and our Sydney-based legal team. You will help make sure matters continue moving through the process, including following up on medical certificates, employment records, insurer information, superannuation fund responses, and other required documents.

There may be times when all leads have been contacted before the end of the day. When that happens, you will be expected to move into admin-related work. Flexibility is very important in this role.

Hours and Working Arrangement
This is a contracted work-from-home role.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Sydney time.

As a contractor, you are responsible for your own equipment, internet connection, local obligations, and working setup in the Philippines.

We are a stable and mature company with strong long-term prospects for remote work. The role includes two weeks of vacation time over Christmas, pro-rated depending on your start date, as well as agreed holiday time.
