* About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, proactive, and AI-savvy professional who thrives on reaching out to people, uncovering real problems, and turning those conversations into product-changing insights. This is not a traditional telemarketing or customer support role. You will run high-volume outbound calls and emails to US-based target users, dig deep into their daily workflows, and surface pain points that directly shape how our product is built.

- Your critical thinking, observations, and recommendations will regularly influence the product roadmap.
- You will be the voice of the customer inside the company — someone who combines excellent outreach skills with strong analytical ability and fluency in AI tools to turn raw conversations into clear, actionable intelligence for the product team.

* Key Responsibilities

- Execute daily outbound calling and emailing campaigns to reach a high volume of target users in the US.
- Lead structured discovery conversations (phone + email) to identify workflow challenges, frustrations, and unmet needs.
- Document findings clearly and synthesize insights into concise reports, themes, and recommendations for the product, engineering, and design teams.
- Actively contribute ideas and suggestions that help shape product features and priorities.
- Use AI tools creatively and efficiently (e.g., for call/email personalization, conversation summarization, sentiment analysis, pattern detection, research, and follow-up automation).
- Track all interactions accurately.
- Meet weekly outreach and insight-quality targets while maintaining a professional, helpful, and engaging tone.
- Stay curious and continuously refine your approach based on what you learn from users.

* Requirements

- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills — you naturally spot patterns, ask great follow-up questions, and connect the dots between individual stories and broader product opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport over the phone and in email.
- Proven experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, sales development, customer support, or user research (2+ years preferred).
- Fluent with AI tools at a practical level (you already use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar for research, writing, summarization, or automation and can learn new ones quickly).
- Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Available and productive during US business hours.
- Passion for understanding how people work and a genuine desire to make products better through real user feedback.
- No specific degree required — we care about your ability to think, communicate, and deliver insights.
