JOB OVERVIEW

Q3 Interactive is seeking a highly capable Virtual Assistant to support outbound lead generation, SEO, and social media marketing for a U.S.-based digital agency seeking more qualified leads fro ---------- dical device, biotech, and pharmaceutical companies. We specialize in building visual sales tools for medical device, biotech, and pharmaceutical companies to explain complicated processes through 3D Animation, video production, mobile app development, website design and programming, graphic design and illustration, and AR/VR environments for product demos.

We are a small studio based in Utah (USA) (Mountain time zone [GMT-7]), with a distributed workforce of 3D artists and Full-stack programmers scattered throughout India.

This VA role blends lead generation, content visibility, and campaign execution. You will help drive both outbound pipeline and inbound awareness, working directly with the President & CEO.

This is not a beginner role. We are looking for someone who can execute across multiple marketing channels, take ownership of results, and earn consistent incentive bonuses for booking meetings with the CEO. If these meetings result in new business, you earn even MORE.

- Targeted, filtered, qualified, verified email lead generation ( ---------- , Trusted Leads)
- Outbound cold email lead generation & campaigns (Instantly)
- Warm/Interested leads go into Nutshell CRM
- LinkedIn contact list gathering and outreach (Sales Navigator, Dripify)
- The purpose of all the above is to get interested prospects booked for a call/meeting on the CEO's calendar

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Outbound Lead Generation & Campaigns
Build targeted decision-maker lead lists using:

• TrustedLeads
• LinkedIn

Manage cold email campaigns via:
• Instantly
• Nutshell CRM (Interested leads only)

Manage LinkedIn outreach via:
• Dripify

Track and improve:
• Reply rates
• Positive responses
• Booked calls/meetings

2. SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
Conduct keyword research for:
• Our website
• Client websites
• Competitor websites

Optimize website pages (ours and our clients') and blog content:
• Titles, meta descriptions, headers
• Internal linking
• On-page SEO structure

Assist with content planning:
• Blog topics
• Landing page ideas
• SEO-driven content outlines

Monitor performance:
• Search engine rankings
• Visibility and ranking on AI platforms
• Traffic trends
• Keyword opportunities
Tools may include: Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar

3. Social Media Campaign Management
Create and manage campaigns for:
• Q3 Interactive (our website)
• Client accounts

Platforms:
• LinkedIn (primary)
• Secondary: Instagram / Facebook (as needed)

Responsibilities:
• Content scheduling
• Post creation (text + light visuals)
• Campaign planning (organic + paid if applicable)
• Engagement monitoring

Collaborate on:
• Thought leadership posts
• Case study highlights
• Short-form content derived from projects

4. Content Repurposing
Turn:
Emails ? LinkedIn posts
• Case studies ? social posts
• Videos ? short-form content

5. Reporting & Performance Tracking
Provide weekly reporting on:
• Leads generated
Email performance (open/reply rates)
• SEO progress (rankings, traffic)
• Social media growth (engagement, reach)
• Campaign insights and recommendations

SUCCESS METRICS (KPIs)
Outbound:
• 1,000–3,000 emails/week
• 3–8% reply rate
• 5–15 qualified conversations/week
• 3–8 booked calls/meetings per week

SEO:
Growth in organic traffic
• Improved keyword rankings
• Visibility on AI Platforms (Chat GPT, Claude, Grok, Gemini, Others)
• Increased inbound inquiries over time

Social:
• Consistent posting (3–5x/week)
• Increasing engagement rates
• Growth in followers (quality > quantity)

REQUIREMENTS
Must Have:
•Proven experience with:
• Apollo (lead generation) or similar
• Instantly (email campaigns) or similar
• LinkedIn prospecting + outreach
• Dripify or similar tools

SEO experience:
• High skill level in improving visibility and rankings for search engines and AI Platforms
• Keyword research, competitor intel, Meta Tag/Title/Keyword optimization
• Experience in submitting sites to search engines and rank tracking
• Basic analytics understanding

Social media experience:
• Campaign planning
• Content writing
• Ad creation
• Scheduling tools

Self-Starter
• “How else can I help?” attitude when all responsibilities and systems are running well and producing

Strong written English (natural, human tone)

Nice to Have:
• Basic design skills (Canva or similar)
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Nutshell CRM)
• Experience in the medical, biotech, or technical industries

COMPENSATION
• $4–$6/hour depending on experience
• Additional performance incentives tied to hitting goals for:
• Qualified leads that lead to booked online meetings or calls ($5 each)
• Closed deals /new business ($30-$70 each)

• Free up the owner’s time to focus on closing new business, managing development team progress, and nurturing existing (and new) clients
