JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a confident and motivated Outbound Cold-Calling Representative to help us connect with potential US customers and generate new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
Make 100–150 outbound cold calls per day to potential US business customers.
Contact solar companies, installers, contractors, and other relevant businesses.
Introduce Engineerinc and explain our engineering and solar design services.
Identify potential customers and understand their business needs.
Qualify prospects based on agreed criteria.
Handle questions and common objections professionally.
Generate qualified leads and book meetings for the sales team.
Follow up with interested prospects when required.
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups.
Update lead and prospect information in the CRM.
Provide regular reports on calls made, leads generated, and appointments booked.

Requirements
2+ years of outbound cold-calling or telemarketing experience.
Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation.
Confident and professional communication skills.
Experience calling US customers or businesses is strongly preferred.
B2B cold-calling or lead-generation experience is a strong advantage.
Comfortable making 100+ calls per day.
Strong objection-handling skills.
Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Good organizational and follow-up skills.
Experience using a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, or similar.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet environment for calls.
Ability to work from 8 am to 5 pm PST
