Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM AEST (Adelaide)
Starting Offer: PHP 35k+ (depending on skills and experience)

Join a well-established Australian home services company that provides plumbing and electrical services. We're looking for a confident Outbound Cold Caller who has a great phone manner, enjoys engaging with customers, and is comfortable making a high volume of calls to help generate appointments for the sales team.


What will you be doing:
• Make outbound calls to prospective and previous customers
• Handle high volume of calls
• Identify interested customers and book appointments for the sales team
• Aim for around 2–3 bookings per day
• Manage and record outgoing calls in the CRM
• Maintain clear and professional communication with customers


Who we are looking for:
• Excellent and engaging phone manner
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers
• Experience in cold calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, customer service, or sales
• Comfortable handling a high volume of outbound calls
• Able to work independently in a remote setup
• Experience with ServiceM8, Trello, Outlook, or 3CX is an advantage
