We're seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for outreach, prospecting, and lead qualification. Your key role will be to create and implement outbound sales strategies, make effective cold calls, prepare target lists, and nurture them to convert into an appointment with one of our inside sales rep.
The primary focus of this role is qualifying leads, from prospecting through appointment setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold and warm outreach to pre-qualify and schedule introductory meetings for the sales team.
- Identify, research, and qualify new prospects using Seamless.ai, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outbound outreach (calls and
- Build and maintain a targeted prospect list and active sales pipeline.
- Track all prospect interactions, outreach, and follow-ups in HubSpot CRM.
- Collaborate with the CEO to refine lead generation strategies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of sales and cold calling.
- Proficiency in cold calling techniques.
- Fluent in English.
- Flawless communication skills, both written and oral.
- Exceptional ability to craft compelling follow-up
- Demonstrated ability to work solo as well as being a productive tea
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM, Seamless.ai, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Must be an excellent problem-solver and willing to collaborate in an exceedingly competitive environment.
- Work US business hours.
